We are pleased to introduce mobile bidding for this year's auction, allowing for a completely paperless bidding system. With mobile bidding, you bid electronically on silent auction items using your smartphone, tablet or with the help of volunteers who will have tablets at bidding stations throughout the reception room. You can easily view and track your desired items by following their activity from your mobile device, without having to return to the actual item. 

There will be no bid sheets on the display tables, which will eliminate overcrowding around auction items. Items will still be displayed around the room for you to view in person, and all travel packages will have informational displays on the locations, restrictions and expiration dates.
