First Tuesdays at the Capitol

While serving as the Texas Medical Association Alliance president in 2003, Susan Todd founded First Tuesdays at the Capitol. First Tuesdays are an opportunity for physicians, medical students, and Alliance constituents to share with legislators how proposed legislation can potentially impact the practice of medicine and patient care in Texas. Now available for purchase until June 2023 are 18x18 and 36x36 sized oil on canvas reproduction giclee prints of a one-of-a-kind oil painting, “First Tuesday at the Capitol,” by Susan Todd of Hudson Oaks especially for Texas Medical Association.  Susan also is a past president of TMA Foundation. Your purchase will benefit TMAF, the philanthropic arm of TMA, and support TMA’s charitable programs such as Vaccines Defend What Matter, Hard Hats for Little Heads, and more!

The original First Tuesday at the Capitol painting will be displayed in the TMA building during the First Tuesday in March 2023.
