When you volunteer at TMA Foundation’s Gala (held in conjunction with TexMed, TMA’s annual meeting), you can network with physicians and others in medicine and have fun. Your volunteer service helps ensure TMA members and their guests have a wonderful time raising money to support TMA and family of medicine programs funded by TMA Foundation!

Volunteers are needed starting at 5:00 pm until 11 pm. All volunteers are expected to work 4 hours during that time and will receive a dinner break. A few additional volunteers are needed 9 am-noon and 1-4 pm. 

Volunteer duties may include:

• assisting with event décor set-up, and break-down
• overseeing other volunteers
• guest check-in at registration
• guest check-out for silent and live auction winnings
• mobile and live auction bidding assisting
• Make-A-Difference drive bid recording and more.
